This program has been created so kids can:
Receive help learning how to regulate their emotions
Notice where they feel their feelings in their body
Learn what emotions and feelings are and how each child has their own superpower
Learn tools to cope with strong emotions
Learn strategies to change their state
This program supports kids to:
Learn how to have healthy mental health
Learn about their emotions and how to regulate them be present in time
