The I Love Me program

I worked in the child protection field for 20+ years, working on the front line with children and young people, biological parents, foster carers, adopted parents and at the end of my career I managed staff. During that time, I noticed the funniest thing. We were asking children and young people to manage their emotions, and yet I saw no adults that were able to do it?? Adults could fake it temporarily in front of kids, sometimes….

The program allows kids to become self-aware of their emotions in a fun way using multiple modalities such as PACE, music, meditation and conscious hypnosis. Musical instruments are used as part of PACE.
